I have managed 17 agents when I was a supervisor for a BPO company. I have coached, motivated and educated them so they will meet and exceed the key performance index of the account. Regularly, I make reports and presentation to submit to my manager.

I am working with a UK based digital marketing company handling client support via email and chat. I also worked as a team manager for an e-commerce company in the US. I handled 2-6 agents, do the hiring, training, and provide daily product and procedural support. I also manage the company’s Facebook page, answered customer emails, and handled some Shopify task.

I am proficient in MS applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, I know my way around social networking sites and I am adept in online research.
